Our records indicate that you have purchased a KitchenPro Model X2 Blender. We are writing to inform you of a voluntary recall of this product due to a potential safety issue. Your safety is our top priority.
An internal review has identified that a component in some blenders with serial numbers between 4000 and 5000 can overheat during prolonged use, posing a fire hazard. We ask that you immediately stop using your Model X2 Blender.
To resolve this, please contact our customer service team at 800-555-0199 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. They will arrange for you to receive a free replacement model, the improved X3, at no cost to you. We apologize for this inconvenience.
