Hi Team,

Great news! I am happy to announce that we have successfully completed all key deliverables for Phase 1 of Project Apollo. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication in reaching this important milestone on schedule.

Now, we need to shift our focus to planning for Phase 2. To get this started, I would like to schedule a team meeting to outline the goals, assign tasks, and establish a timeline for the next stage of the project. I have attached a brief document with my initial thoughts for you to review beforehand.

I am proposing we meet on Tuesday, July 26, at 11:00 a.m. Please let me know if this time works for you by the end of tomorrow. Once I hear from everyone, I will send out a calendar invitation with a virtual meeting link.
