Hello Team,

This is a heads-up that our department will be undergoing an Internal Records Compliance Audit on Friday, June 10th. The auditors will be here for the entire day to review our project documentation and ensure we are following company protocols.

Their main focus will be on all project files from the last fiscal year. To prepare for this, I need everyone to ensure their records are fully updated, organized, and accessible in the shared drive. Please have this completed by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 8th.

This will give us one full day to do a final check before the auditors arrive. This is a standard procedure, and I am confident we will be well-prepared if we work together on this.
