Professor’s question:

In our class on modern education, we've discussed various teaching methods. A popular debate is the role of technology in the classroom. Some educators believe that integrating tablets and laptops enhances learning by providing access to vast resources. Others argue that it creates distractions and hinders traditional learning skills. In your view, does technology in the classroom ultimately help or harm student learning? Why?

I believe technology is incredibly helpful. For example, students can access online libraries and educational videos that make learning more engaging. Because the internet offers so much information, it prepares students for a world where digital literacy is essential for success. Technology makes learning more dynamic and personalized.

Student response 2:

I think technology can be more harmful than helpful. Students are easily distracted by social media and games, which takes focus away from the lesson. Moreover, constant screen time can reduce important skills like handwriting and face-to-face communication, which are still very valuable.
