Subject: Staff Training Session – New Archive System

Dear Ms. Collins,

I hope you are doing well and enjoying the start of the spring semester at Northbridge University.

The library will introduce a new digital archive system to improve document access and organization.

A mandatory staff training session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, at 10:30 A.M. in Room 204.

During the session, a specialist will explain search tools, file uploads, and security procedures in detail.

All staff members must bring their employee ID cards and a laptop with updated antivirus software.

The training will last approximately two hours and include a short practice activity using sample files.

Please review the attached quick-start guide before attending so you can follow the demonstrations more easily.

If you cannot attend, notify me by Monday, March 16, so we can arrange an alternative session.

Light refreshments and printed instruction sheets will be provided for everyone who participates
