Dear Mr. Vance,

We are pleased to confirm your appointment to access the historical collection regarding the industrial revolution.

Your reservation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, starting at 10:00 A.M. in the Special Collections Room.

Please remember to bring a valid photo identification card to check in at the front desk.

Due to the fragile nature of these 19th-century documents, you are permitted to use only pencils or laptops for note-taking.

For the safety of the artifacts, personal bags and water bottles must be stored in the lockers provided near the entrance.

Our staff will be available to assist you with the digital scanner if you need to make copies of specific pages.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance to allow other researchers to use the space.
