Hello Team Leads,

This memo is to inform you of a new, mandatory procedure for weekly project reporting, which will take effect on Monday, April 15th. To improve consistency and tracking, all project status updates must now be submitted through the new "ProjectGrid" software portal.

Previously, many of you sent updates via email. This new system will centralize all information, making it easier for senior management to monitor progress. Each Friday by 5:00 PM, you will be required to log in and complete a short form for each of your active projects.

An online training session for ProjectGrid will be held this Thursday, April 6th, at 2:00 PM. A recording will be available for those who cannot attend live.
