Dear Residents,

Please be advised that our annual pest control service for the entire building is scheduled for Thursday, August 31st. Technicians from Pro-Treat Pest Solutions will be on the property between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

To ensure a thorough treatment, we require access to every apartment. Please make sure that any pets are secured in a crate or removed from the apartment during this time. Additionally, please clear all items from kitchen countertops and from under the kitchen and bathroom sinks to allow the technicians easy access.

If you have a specific time preference, you can sign up for a two-hour window on the sheet posted in the mailroom. Sign-ups are first-come, first-served and must be completed by August 29th.
