Dear Professor Sullivan,

This is to inform you that the main elevator in the Studio Art Building will be out of service for scheduled maintenance. The work will take place this Thursday, February 13, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

During this time, the elevator will not be operational. We ask that all faculty and students use the stairwells. If you or any of your students require special assistance or need to move heavy materials, please contact the Facilities office at extension 3450 before Thursday to make alternative arrangements.

We understand this may be an inconvenience and have scheduled this essential work to ensure the elevator remains safe and reliable. The elevator will resume normal service after 4:00 PM.
