Dear Employees,

Starting December 1, Globex will be implementing a new online system called "TimePro" for all vacation and sick leave requests. This will replace the current paper-based form system. All requests for time off from December 1 onward must be submitted through this new portal.

Training sessions will be held to help everyone get familiar with TimePro. The first session is scheduled for November 18 at 10:00 AM in the main conference room. We will also be sending out a user guide and a link to the portal next week.

This new system is designed to streamline the approval process and give you better visibility into your leave balances. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition.
