Subject: Volunteer Orientation – History Exhibition

Dear Ms. Green,

Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the City Museum''''s upcoming history exhibition opening this month.

All new volunteers are required to attend a short orientation on Friday, April 3, at 11:00 A.M. in the Education Hall on the second floor.

During the session, staff members will explain visitor assistance rules, emergency procedures, and daily schedules for exhibition days.

You will also receive your volunteer badge, assignment list, and a printed guide describing the historical themes covered in the exhibition.

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early to complete a brief registration form and meet other volunteers.

Comfortable shoes are recommended because volunteers may stand for extended periods while assisting visitors.

If you cannot attend this orientation, notify the events office by Wednesday, April 1, so we can place you in the next available training session
