This is an important notice regarding a planned water shutoff for essential plumbing maintenance. The water supply to the entire building will be turned off on Tuesday, September 12, from 9:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM. This work is necessary to upgrade our main water valve and prevent future leaks.

We understand this may be an inconvenience and recommend you store some water in advance for basic needs. Please ensure all your faucets are in the "off" position during this period to prevent potential water damage when the service is restored. Our maintenance team will be on-site to oversee the process.
