Write an Email

You will read some information and use the information to write an email.
You will have 7 minutes to write the email.

You work in an office where the heating system has been malfunctioning. The office is often uncomfortably cold, which makes it difficult for you and your colleagues to concentrate on your work.

Write an email to your office manager. In your email, do the following.

• • Thank the manager for their attention to the office environment.
• • Describe the ongoing problem with the heating.
• • Request that a technician be called to fix it.
