You are training to work at the IT help desk. Listen to your manager and repeat what she says. Repeat only once.
We assist students with software and network issues.
You must get the user''s full name and student number.
Password resets are one of our most common requests.
Please be patient and polite with everyone who asks for help.
Our office in Room 244 is open during normal business hours.
We do not handle hardware repairs for personal computers.
Before escalating a problem, please consult the troubleshooting guide.
