We can reset forgotten passwords at this station.
Please direct all hardware repair questions to the service center.
The university offers free software, available for download on our website.
Make sure you confirm the student's identity before making account changes.
If you cannot resolve an issue within fifteen minutes, please escalate it to a supervisor.
