You recently booked a ticket online for a special exhibit at the city museum. Your credit card was charged, but the confirmation email with your ticket never arrived. The exhibit is this weekend, and you need the ticket to enter.

Write an email to the museum's ticketing office. In your email, do the following.

• • Explain that you were charged but received no ticket.
• • Ask them to resend the confirmation email.
