Professor: Before we start today's lecture, I have an important announcement about the final exam. I've decided to adjust the format slightly. Originally, it was going to be all essay questions. However, to better assess your understanding of the broad range of topics we've covered, the new format will include a multiple-choice section and one long-essay question. The exam date and time remain the same. I'll post a revised study guide on the course website later today that reflects this change.
