We help students with password resets and network issues.
First, ask for the student''s name and ID number.
You can connect their device to the campus Wi-Fi.
Please tell them not to share their login information.
Our office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
More complex problems might need to be sent to a specialist.
The forms, available on our website, must be completed for hardware repairs.
