You are training at the IT help desk. Listen to the supervisor and repeat what she says.
Students come here for technical support.
First, ask for the student''s name and ID number.
We help with password resets and software installation.
Please be patient and listen carefully to the problem.
All support requests are tracked using a ticket system.
Our service desk is open from eight in the morning until six in the evening.
For hardware repairs, we need to send the device to a special center.
