Dear Dr. Morris,
On behalf of the City Gallery, I am delighted to invite you to exhibit your photography at our annual Summer Arts Festival. The event will take place from Friday, August 2, to Sunday, August 4, at Victoria Park. We have been following your work for some time and believe your "Urban Landscapes" series would be a perfect fit for this year's theme of "City Life."
We would provide you with a 10x10 foot booth space and two display panels at no cost. You would be responsible for transporting and setting up your artwork on the morning of August 2. If you are interested in participating, please confirm your attendance by June 30 so we can finalize the layout. We hope you will join us.
