No time for preparation will be provided.

You are a new technician at the IT help desk. Listen to your manager and repeat the instructions. Repeat only once.
Our office provides technical support for students.
We can help with software and network issues.
Please greet each student who comes to the desk.
You must create a service ticket for every request.
Our busiest hours are between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
The guide for resetting passwords is found on our main website.
If you cannot resolve an issue, please escalate it to a senior technician.
