Write an Email

You will read some information and use the information to write an email.

You recently bought a digital camera from an electronics store. After one day, it stopped working correctly. You want to return to the store to exchange it for a new one, but you lost the original receipt.

Write an email to the store manager. In your email, do the following.

• • Say when you bought the camera.
• • Explain that the device is faulty and you lost the receipt.
• • Ask if you can exchange it using a bank statement.
