We are writing to inform you of a voluntary recall of our "QuickBlend 500" blender, specifically models with serial numbers ranging from QB500-70000 to QB500-85000. These units were sold between June 1 and December 31, 2024. The serial number is located on the bottom of the blender base.
A potential defect in the blade assembly may cause it to break during use, posing an injury risk. We urge you to immediately stop using the affected product.
To receive a free replacement blade assembly kit, please visit our website and fill out the recall form. You do not need to return the entire blender. We sincerely apologize for this issue and appreciate your cooperation in this important safety matter.
