Call for Volunteers: Annual Archaeology Dig
Dear Members,
The Riverbend Historical Society is seeking volunteers for our annual summer archaeology dig at the historic Miller's Farm site. This is a unique opportunity to help uncover local history right in our community!
The dig will take place every Saturday and Sunday throughout August. We have two shifts available each day: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. No prior experience is necessary; however, volunteers must be at least 16 years old and attend a mandatory orientation session on July 28.
