An interviewer will ask you questions. Answer the questions and be sure to say as much as you can in the time allowed.

No time for preparation will be provided.

You are training to work at the IT help desk. Listen to your supervisor and repeat what she says. Repeat only once.
We assist students with software and connection problems.
Our office is in Room 113 of the technology building.
Please get a ticket number for each student you help.
You should first ask for the student's name and ID number.
Password resets are one of the most common requests we receive.
For hardware repairs, students must go to the authorized service center.
If you cannot solve the issue, you can escalate the ticket to a senior technician.
