Write an Email

You will read some information and use the information to write an email.
You will have 7 minutes to write the email.

You bought a book about medieval European history from the campus bookstore last week. After starting to read it, you found that several pages in the middle of the book are blank due to a printing error.

Write an email to the manager of the campus bookstore. In your email, do the following.

• • Describe the printing defect you discovered inside.
• • Ask if you can exchange it for a new copy.
