Our primary job is to help students with their computer problems.
First, you should ask for the student''s name and ID number.
Please be patient and listen carefully to their issue.
We can help with password resets and software installation.
Students can borrow laptops for up to three hours.
The help desk is open from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays.
If a problem requires a specialist, create a ticket in our system.
