The hot food station is over on the left side.
Always wear gloves when you are handling food.
The salad bar needs to be refilled every thirty minutes.
Please be sure to keep your work station clean and organized.
The closing shift is responsible for wiping down all the tables and chairs.
Remember to check the board for the daily specials before your shift starts.
