The internet service in your university dormitory has been unreliable all week, which is affecting your ability to do research for your final papers. You need to report the issue and find out when it will be fixed.

Write an email to University IT Services. In your email, do the following.

• • Explain the internet problems in your dormitory building.
• • Ask when a stable connection will be restored.
