You have volunteered to help set up for the annual university cultural fair. You received an email with your assigned time slot, but it conflicts with a class you must attend. You are still available to help at a different time on the same day.

Write an email to the volunteer coordinator. In your email, do the following.

• • Explain the schedule conflict with your assigned time.
• • Offer to volunteer during a different time slot.
