Dear Team,
This email is to inform you of an update to our company's remote work policy, effective August 1, 2024. To foster greater collaboration and team cohesion, we are transitioning to a hybrid model. All employees will be required to work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Mondays and Fridays will remain optional remote workdays. This policy applies to all departments, with no exceptions unless pre-approved by both your department head and HR for specific circumstances.
We believe this new structure provides a balance between in-person collaboration and flexible work arrangements. Please review the full policy document, which will be available on the company intranet by July 20.
