You are learning the procedures at the student IT help desk. Listen to the trainer and repeat what he says.
We help students with technical problems.
First, you must get the student's ID number.
Our office is located in the basement of the library.
We can reset forgotten passwords and connect devices to Wi-Fi.
Please ask them to describe the problem in specific detail.
For hardware repairs, students must fill out a request form.
If the issue is complex, create a support ticket for a specialist.
