In cooperation with consumer safety organizations, we are issuing a voluntary recall for our KitchenPro Blender, model number 4500. We have identified a potential issue where the blade assembly can overheat during prolonged use, posing a safety risk. Your safety is our highest priority.

We ask that you immediately stop using your Model 4500 blender. Please do not return the product to the store where you purchased it.

To resolve this issue, we will provide you with a free replacement blade assembly. To receive your replacement part, please visit our website and fill out the registration form by October 31st. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
