The campus shuttle bus, which you use to get to your archaeology class, has been arriving late all week. This has caused you and other students to be late for class. You want to report the issue to the university transportation office.

• • Describe the recent delays on the North Campus route.
• • Ask if the schedule can be reviewed or adjusted.
