Professor: Before we start today's lecture, a quick announcement about next week. The university has scheduled a campus-wide system maintenance for next Tuesday. As a result, our Tuesday lecture is canceled. To make up for the lost time, I've scheduled an optional review session for Thursday evening at 6 PM in this same room. It's not mandatory, but I highly recommend attending, especially with the midterm exam coming up the following week. I'll post the details on the course website.
