You will read some information and use the information to write an email.

The city recently changed the public bus route that you use to get to work. The new route no longer stops near your office, making your commute much longer. You want to complain and suggest a small change.

Write an email to the City Transit Authority. In your email, do the following.

• • State that you are a regular bus rider.
• • Explain how the new route affects your commute.
• • Suggest a possible stop to add to the route.
