You are helping organize a book fair at the local library. You were in charge of creating a schedule for volunteers, but you have two volunteers who want the same time slot on Saturday morning. You need to resolve this before finalizing the schedule.

Write an email to the head librarian. In your email, do the following.

• • Describe the volunteer scheduling conflict you have encountered.
• • Ask for advice on how to best resolve it.
