You signed up to volunteer at a local museum for a special exhibit on ancient civilizations. The volunteer coordinator sent you a schedule, but you have a conflict with one of your assigned shifts. You need to inform the coordinator and propose an alternative.

Write an email to the volunteer coordinator. In your email, do the following.

• • State which shift you cannot attend and explain why.
• • Suggest another time you are available to help.
