You have booked a study room at the university library for your history project group this Friday. You received a confirmation email, but the time listed is incorrect. You need the room from 2 PM to 4 PM, not 10 AM to 12 PM.

Write an email to the library services desk. In your email, do the following.

• • Thank the staff for confirming your booking.
• • Explain the time discrepancy in the confirmation email.
• • Ask them to correct the booking to the right time.
