We are writing to inform you about a voluntary recall of our QuickBrew Coffee Maker, Model 450, for units purchased between January 1, 2023, and June 30, 2023. Customer safety is our highest priority.

We have identified a potential issue where the power cord can overheat, posing a fire hazard. Therefore, we urge you to immediately stop using your Model 450 coffee maker if it was purchased within the specified timeframe. Please check the label on the bottom of the device to confirm the model number.

To resolve this, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-555-BREW to receive a free replacement power cord kit. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
